Dear colleagues, we have gathered for you in our blog some recently completed facade projects made of Jurassic limestone in the Russian Federation.
To be precise in terms of chronology, one should start with the elite residential complex in Saint Petersburg, ЖК «Мироздание».
This residential complex was designed by the renowned architectural bureau of the Northern Capital, "Intercollumnium," under the leadership of Podgorny Evgeny Vyacheslavovich.
The residential complex "Mirоздание" is located on the Petrograd side, on Mira Street, and represents a modern array of buildings that, however, maintain the historical appearance of the famous St. Petersburg style of the once capital of Russia.
The exterior finishing of the complex is made of expensive materials that emphasize the status of the buildings. The chosen light background of the facade in pastel shades provides an accentuated nobility and northern restraint.
🔍One of the materials chosen for the exterior finishing was our company's Jura Cream limestone with a "brushed" finish. A total of about 5000 m2 of Jurassic marble was used. The stone was used to finish two floors of the basement, and therefore the "brushed" treatment was applied to create the so-called "tactile" effect.
🔍Despite the tight delivery deadlines – this volume must be delivered within 2.5 months, we managed to meet the schedule, and the builders and stoneworkers completed the project on time.
